Steam cooker
The Heko steam cookers are special appliances which steam cook food. They are positioned above the Heko pasta cookers in order to use the steam produced by these appliances which, by passing through the perforated bottom of the steamer tray, swirls around the food inside the steamers and delicately cooks it. The steamer trays are dishwasher safe and can be stacked to allow more food to be cooked at the same time. The steam cooker is managed by the operator via a touchscreen control panel.
